The use of alcohol has been prevalent in our society. It’s existence has been quite a while already. It is usually present whenever occasion of happiness is present. Alcohol is a kind of depressant that affects the central nervous system. Why is it called a depressant? When an alcohol is taken in the body, it slows down the activity of one’s central nervous system. In other words, it depresses the central nervous system.
